Eier nach und nach hinzugeben. Dann die Mischung mit Mehl, Mandeln, Backpulver, Spekulatiusgew\u00fcrz und Salz verr\u00fchren. Milch hinzugeben, sodass eine Konsistenz entsteht, die sich gut in die eingefettete (Gugelhupf-)Form f\u00fcllen l\u00e4sst. Zuletzt die zerkleinerten Spekulatiuskekse unterheben, Teig in die Form f\u00fcllen. Form einige Male auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che klopfen, gegen Luftbl\u00e4schen im Teig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C 55min backen. St\u00e4bchenprobe machen &#8211; wenn kein Teig kleben bleibt, ist der Kuchen fertig. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Wei\u00dfe Kuvert\u00fcre vorsichtig in der Mikrowelle oder dem Wasserbad schmelzen.
